Valette is a much-beloved small Wine Country restaurant that’s an ode to the owners’ hometown of Healdsburg. The restaurant’s own vegetable and herb garden is augmented by other local producers. The service is warm and the wine is special. Craft cocktails available too. Valette is known for its in-house charcuterie program and creative use of vegetables. A la carte dinner is available, or you can opt for an impromtu Chef’s tasting menu.
