Beautiful hyper-local ingredients are the star at this upscale farm to table restaurant, also featuring a sushi kitchen, wine bar (AKA “wine wall”), and rooftop lounge all under one roof.
The Matheson strives for “prosperity in the soil, sophistication in the glass and community at the table”. Menus are curated based on availability of high-quality ingredients within a small radius from the kitchen. Over 80 wines on tap for easy tasting, including some very special selections. Chef’s Tasting Menu available. This is the second Healdsburg restaurant (along with Valette) by Chef Dustin Valette.
The bar menu downstairs is robust and features special handrolls. Outdoor dining is walk-in only for the upper level and features lunch and dinner lounge menus. Reservations are recommended for fine dining downstairs.
