Hope Farm derives its menu from a year-round onsite hydroponic farming operation augmented by seasonal raised beds and gardens.
A variety of gourmet mushrooms are grown with triple-aim benefit: helping decompose food waste from the restaurant, fertilize the soil, and provide deliciousness for the menu.
Craft cocktails are made garden-to-glass style, featuring fruit elements from the surrounding orchards and fresh picked herbs. The wine program is also impressive.
