Ravens is the onsite restaurant at The Stanford Inn, a wellness destination. Non-guests are welcome.
The menus are crafted to be not only delicious but also environmentally sustainable, healthy, anti-inflammatory, and ethical. Recycling is a focus, and food waste is composted for use at the onsite organic garden. Their dedicated organic farm, Big River Nurseries, is also nearby.
Breakfast features a generous amount of good leafy greens and vegetables. Lunch-on-the-go is available for pickup with compostable utencils. Call by 11am to order and pickup between 11:30am – Noon.
Dinner includes a variety of starters, salads, and entrees with healthy touches like sea vegetables.
Gluten-free, nut-free, and even oil-free options available. (We recommend a touch of healty fat like avocado, EVOO, coconut, etc at every meal)
