Chef Dustan and Team create memorable multi-course meals in a rustic historic house with beautiful surrounds. Each menu is set based on the weekly harvest and farm happenings.
Many elements are sourced straight from the onsite farm, including fresh harvested produce, herbs, edible flowers, eggs from the chickens, and fruit from the many fruit trees. Local artisan purveyors also suppply cheeses, breads, hand-crafted pastas, meats, and more.
