These special bagels are made with sustainably-grown flour from Cairnspring Mills (WA) and a wild yeast sourdough culture. This makes for a more tender, digestible, and nourishing bagel – best eaten warm from the oven with savory toppings of choice.
Whole grain breads feature the likes of buckwheat and pumpernickel. Specialty sandwiches with seasonal ingredients are a must-try. (both open faced & closed faced)
Spreads feature artisan cheese, cashew cheese, nut butter, and more. Drip coffee, cold brew, specialty tea and other specialty local beverages, like gut-friendly wildwonder sparkling drink.
