Mercantile is the result of acclaimed chef/founder Alex Seidel’s passion and ongoing mission to connect the dots between farmers and eaters.
It produces consistently good food using ingredients from local farms and producers, including it’s own formerly dedicated 10-acre farm, Fruition Farms. (Fruition Restaurant is the older sister)
Handmade artisan products are further available in the adjacent “Provisions” European-style market. Enjoy housemade pickles & preserved goods, charcuterie, and farmstead cheeses, and more.
