Good greens designation is for the gomen kale, featured in all main dishes.

What to Order: 

  • Get at least one large or medium plate for a bite of all the delicious veggie preparations. (#5 avoids spicy ingredients – though their “spicy” is mild by some standards)
  • Shiro on the side if not in your main

They also feature Telba – a flax seed smoothie! Packed with omega-3 healthy fats and fiber, give this healthy, refreshing Ethiopian drink a try.
If you’re a newcomer to flaxseed, don’t drink it all at once and save leftovers in the refrigerator to sip later – or share with others. The fiber can be intense.
