F&F offers artisan breads and pastries made daily with locally-sourced, heirloom grains, as well as a produce-forward day-time menu covering breakfast, lunch, brunch, coffee, plus snacks in between.

There’s plenty of healthy and indulgent options here, so it’s a great place to bring yourself or friends who aren’t as keen on ‘healthy’… Take for example, a wholesome pastry, like a spelt blueberry muffin or buckwheat banana bread vs a more indulgent savory or sweet croissant. Just one example of what you can find.

You can also stock up on grab n’ go deli salads, sandwiches, artisan bread and pastries via the market.
