This fun fermentation-focused restaurant showcases misos, vinegar, pickled produce, and other tasty ferments that highlight Bay Area micro-seasons. The selected wines are naturally fermented (of course!) and pay homage to female and underrepresented winemakers. You can also find local artisan misos by Shared Culture and handmade organic tofu by Joodooboo.
Indoor and outdoor seating. Walk-ins are preferred. Arrive before 6pm to avoid the rush! Tip: Wed/Thu/Sun tend to be somewhat less busy. Limited reservations.
