As a Vegan bar and grill, Craft Roots uses cashew mozzerella on the Margherita pizza.

Tip: Wood-fired pizzas can take 30-45 minutes during peak times. Also, stick with the whole food items and skip items with commercially-processed fake meat (e.g. beyond sausage, etc).
