Harvest boasts its own working organic, biodynamic farm with free roaming chickens. Just under half an acre is reserved for the garden, where seasonal heirlooms and varieties of vegetables, fruits and herbs are grown exclusively for the kitchen and bar. And yes, farm-fresh eggs are included.

Homemade desserts feature fresh-picked delicacies from the onsite orchard, featuring a variety of local and exotic fruits. Do be strategic and save room to sample dessert and/or fresh fruit 😉

Harvest further partners with local fisherman to procure wild, seasonal seafood.

The Harvest bar offers stunning open-air views with seasonal hand-crafted cocktails and a draught program with 18 handles on tap for local craft brews. Flights are available for the latter.

Sustainability is top of mind, with on-site composting for the regenerative garden and many more green initiatives for the resort.

Holidays and special events are a treat.
