The Bagel Mill serves up delicious breakfast and lunch sandwiches, pastries, coffee & tea, beer & wine, and free WiFi.
Flour for the long-fermented sourdough is stone-ground, fresh-milled from organic whole grains to kick off a 36-hour process to complete each bagel. Traditional and non-traditional bagels and schmears are available.
Other local organic ingredients include dairy and produce. Coffee by Ritual Roasters.
